About the Job
Lean’s Content Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the content strategy for our B2B SaaS Open Banking company. You will be responsible for creating and managing content that is engaging, informative, and persuasive across various channels, including social media, email, blogs, press releases, and sales collateral. We are looking for someone who has a passion for storytelling and the ability to write copy that connects with the target audience.

Lean enables companies to seamlessly connect to their users’’ bank accounts to initiate real-time payments and retrieve their account information. Our products have garnered the trust of leading companies and enabled them to deliver powerful experiences when connected with a user’s bank account, allowing users to perform prudent financial planning, get better rates on loans, transfer money to friends, and more, without compromising on privacy or security.
Some of Lean’s clients include the likes of Binance, Etisalat Group, Careem, Sarwa, and many more, making it the region’s most valuable Open Banking platform. The company has now processed hundreds of millions of dollars, and its products are also connected with hundreds of thousands of accounts. Lean envisions a fully inclusive financial ecosystem that serves everyone, no matter where they bank or live in the MENAP region.Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the content strategy for the company, including defining the tone of voice and creating a best practices handbook
  • Write and edit content across multiple channels, including blog posts, social media posts, white papers, case studies, and website copy
  • Develop long-form publication pieces that will establish Lean as a thought leader in the market
  • Develop impactful storylines for sales and customer success collateral to improve our sales funnel conversions and revenue growth

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of copywriting experience, preferably in technical and marketing copy
  • Experience managing copy and content for multiple platforms, including press releases, social media (corporate/enterprise channels), CRM (email, blogs), and sales collateral (functional copywriting)
  • Experience with social media management and community building
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to write copy that connects with the target audience
  • Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
