ABOUT THE ROLE

Director of Product Management - Gaming

As the Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, development, and execution of our gaming B2B2C SaaS vertical. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features, optimize user experience, and drive growth in user engagement and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, SaaS platform, a solid knowledge of the gaming industry, and experience working with top gaming companies.

The ideal candidate will be a customer-obsessed individual with outstanding ownership, exceptional critical thinking, strong execution skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They should also be adept at breaking down complex concepts into understandable and actionable small items and leading Agile teams with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product strategy, and roadmap for our B2B2C gaming SaaS vertical, translating business requirements into a value-oriented roadmap aligned with the company's product strategy, and user needs.
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to evolve the product offering and maintain a competitive edge in the gaming and entertainment ecosystem.
• Act as the subject matter expert on gaming industry trends, user behavior, and monetization strategies.
• Oversee and collaborate with designers, business analysts, and business teams to create early prototypes
• Develop features and UI/UX updates that enhance user engagement and satisfaction, reduce churn, and improve performance.
• Mentor a team of product managers, ensuring their professional growth and success.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ of total experience, of which 3+ in a senior product management role with several direct reports.
• 3+ years within the gaming industry, ideally in a top international gaming company.
• Proven track record of managing successful products, from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, international products with multi-language and multi-currency support, catering to a substantial user base.
• Expertise in both web and app development and deployment
• Solid understanding and experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information to diverse audiences.
• Expertise in Excel, and data analysis tools; ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
• Experience in the telco industry is considered a plus.
