Being the first car subscription app of its kind in the region, we have a proven track record and an in-depth understanding of our customers' mobility needs.

Our app enables customers to own or subscribe to a car on a monthly basis without any hassle. Customers can commit for a minimum of 1 month with our monthly plans or 36 months with our Subscribe to Own service.

invygo's car subscription service is different from renting or buying a car. We offer the best of both worlds. Unlike renting, we don't require our customers to make a large deposit upfront. They can also choose the exact car model and features they want through our app, a benefit that rental companies don't offer. Buying a car comes with high up-front and maintenance costs, long-term commitment, registration and insurance charges. With invygo's Subscribe to Own plans, our customers pay an all-inclusive fee monthly without the additional paperwork and cost.

At invygo, we empower our customers to access a car with no deposit or down payment, no long-term commitment, and the option to cancel their monthly subscription plans at any time through our seamless digital platform.

invygo are looking for a Senior Product Designer to understand, envision, and influence products and strategies with our teams to solve user problems and create impact.

• Understand, envision, and influence products and strategies with teams to solve user problems and create impact.
• Minimize assumptions through research, synthesizing findings, and seek feedback to rapidly-produce multiple concepts and high-fidelity prototypes to achieve a delightful customer experience.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to define focus areas, prioritize objectives and ensure continual improvement of designated product area while contributing to its overall direction.
• Ship valuable, high-attention to detail solutions to complex interaction problems without sacrificing speed.
• Proactively shape the culture of our growing design team, improve design processes and tools, mentor and share knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience designing for mobile platforms for iOS and Android for at least 5+ years, preferably at consumer-oriented tech companies/startups.
• Well-rounded user interface/experience designer with first principles thinking and vast knowledge of the end-to-end design process to achieve user-centred solutions.
• You possess the communication skills to establish frameworks and develop initial design concepts, additionally the ability to speak confidently about your work and to convince others of it is also crucial.
• Open-minded, humble, curious and approachable with a growth mindset who thrives on constant feedback and learning.
• A compelling portfolio that demonstrates your ability to think critically, and understand user problems with an aesthetically pleasing experience.

Interview process

3 - White-board challenge with a member of the product team

4 - 30 minute cultural interview with 2 senior stakeholders
