Job Description
1. To lead a small team of HR personnel in an effective and efficient way.
2. To deliver an effective generalist HR service through efficient planning, delegation and supervision of work processes.
3. To source, identify and select suitable candidates according to client specifications, existing procedures, agreed timescales and budgets.
4. To coach & train HR team members within the context of agreed Individual Development Plans.
5. To grow & maintain strong internal customer relationships with designated Company business areas.
6. To identify, analyse and solve HR issues and contribute to HR process re-engineering as required.
