As the HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing support and coordination for all HR activities within the Royal Palace.

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
• Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement programs and training activities
• Coordinate employee events and celebrations
• Handle HR inquiries and assist employees
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as an HR Coordinator or similar HR administrative role in Luxury hotel or UHNWF
• Knowledge of HR best practices and labor regulations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Relevant HR qualification or degree
