As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all HR functions and initiatives within the real estate sector. • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the overall goals of the real estate company
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related matters
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal HR policies
• Conduct training programs on various HR topics and ensure employee development
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager in the real estate industry
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE
• Proven track record in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
