As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all HR functions and initiatives within the real estate sector. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the overall goals of the real estate company
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal HR policies
- Conduct training programs on various HR topics and ensure employee development
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager in the real estate industry
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE
- Proven track record in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
