Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team at GCC Services. As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet our staffing needs. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals
  • Review and analyze resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Facilitate the selection process, including conducting reference checks and coordinating background checks
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make final hiring decisions and prepare employment offers
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role; with at least 3 years of recruitment experience with bulk roles
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Experience using various sourcing techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively evaluate candidates' qualifications and skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certification in HR or recruitment is a plus
