As a Learning amp; Development Intern, you will work as a vital member of the Lamp;D team, many of the responsibilities will involve managing Lamp;D systems and projects, maintaining reports, researching potential training opportunities and organising Lamp;D events.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in developing digital and blended learning solutions, working with the Lamp;D team on creating Live and (e)Learning content.
- Provide support to the Lamp;D team in managing the digital learning tools and the learning management system.
- Arrange the booking of trainers, venues, travel, accommodation, and facilities for Lamp;D events.
- Communicate course requirements with trainers, facilities, learners, and external suppliers with agreed timelines.
- Provide a reliable point of contact for all learning and development matters.
- Produce reports on learning and development activity using agreed HR performance indicators.
- Prepare or select any learning and development materials or programmes required by the learners/trainers.
- Produce and maintain accurate records of learning and development activity in compliance with procedures.
- Monitor and collate Lamp;D evaluation forms.
- Continuously improve and innovate Learning content through ongoing research and development.
Requirements
- BSC/BA in Education technology, instructional design
- Knowledge of Lamp;D operations and LMS management is preferrable.
- Experience with English to Arabic translation is preferrable.
- Familiarity with digital content creation tools and practices.
- Familiarity with business writing and editing.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites
- Strong visualisation skills
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Ability to learn and adapt various approaches to training content.
