Job Description: HR Executive with 2 years experience in Human Resources industry

Responsibilities:

3. Conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and organizing training programs.
4. Handling employee grievances and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
5. Assisting in employee engagement initiatives and conducting HR audits.
