As a Senior Team Lead, Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR team and collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure effective HR processes and practices. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of HR functions.
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Strategic HR Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Participate in organizational planning to address current and future staffing needs.
Employee Relations:
Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to conflict resolution.
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee development.
Provide coaching and guidance on performance improvement plans.
HR Compliance:
Stay updated on HR laws, Dubai labour laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices comply with legal requirements.
Conduct periodic audits to maintain HR data accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in HR roles and Team lead with increasing levels of responsibility.
Proven leadership experience in managing HR teams.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
