Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute an effective integrated marketing plan tailored for local markets, messaging on the employee value proposition and branding at the country and business line levels.
• Use data to rigorously assess channel and media effectiveness, prioritize based on business requirements, and optimize accordingly to achieve application goals.
• Identify and serve as regional point of contact for sourcing channel vendors, defining commercial terms, supplier execution management and funding PO processes.
• Have a thorough understanding of employment seasonality and global trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry employment developments.
• Be the evangelist for the candidate experience; continuously improving the candidate journey.
• Build channel analytics metrics and repository to measure and forecast throughputs.
• Supports the establishment and maintenance of long-term relationships with centers-of-influence and select community organizations
• Builds and fosters community engagement relationships that demonstrate return on investment

Job Specification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience delivering substantial results in high volume hiring sourcing/marketing or B2C acquisition marketing, ideally including local marketing programs
• 5+ years of a proven track of record of building, managing and optimizing large-scale multi-channel marketing and sourcing campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in virtual and geographically distributed teams globally
• Proven success delivering results at scale, on time, with minimal direction
• Ability to travel up to 30%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to campaign performance and experiment design and analysis
• Advanced degree (MBA or other applicable advanced degree)
• 2+ years of global marketing experience and familiarity working in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment
• 2+ years of experience in employment brand marketing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others
• Have a combination of practical and intellectual skills, and the ability to rapidly shift to different tasks that vary between complex analyses, hands-on projects, and project management
• Able to consistently nail details, driving process and managing to goals
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders
• High levels of integrity and discretion
