What’s On Your Plate?

Negotiate contract terms with the partners such as the commission

Generate client acquisition plan

Monitor performance of team in terms of restaurant partner acquisition

Tracking sales target of the team

Acquiring key accounts (international brands) and handle group level commission rate

Ensure achieving the monthly acquisition target

Analyze competition - strategies, partners, promotions, performance with reports from sales force and personal research

Maintain accurate records of acquisition

Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner

Monitor, guide and manage the team for optimum performance

Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality

Handle communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting, etc.

Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments

Produce metrics which provides visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance

Management for reporting and support

Collaborate with Marketing, Product development, Call Centre and Finance team to ensure effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated

Job Specification

Bachelor’s Degree within Business Administration or any other related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience within Sales
