They are looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager to manage the day to day HR activity for there regional office in Dubai. The role will involve providing advise on employment, performance management plans, implementing training and change programmes and working alongside the recruitment team. A first class knowledge of employment law, recruitment best practice and performance management techniques is essential. The Role: Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a true generalist position where you will enjoy a pivotal role in creating and delivering the overall business strategy via the people agenda. With both operational and strategic involvement, you will support the business through its next phase of growth, which will see the client base double within the next 18 months. To support the business in its ambitious growth plans, your initial priorities will be centred on recruitment & retention, succession planning, employee engagement and leadership development. Additionally, you will be focused on: - developing and implementing short, medium and long term HR strategies. - advising on the HR implications of strategic decisions. - Introducing new systems and change programmes throughout the business. - addressing sickness and absence management. - devising and implementing recruitment and selection initiatives to ensure that the business has employees of the necessary calibre to reach its corporate and individual objectives. - developing a robust retention strategy and identifying ways to improve and maximise overall corporate efficiency through skilled, retained and developed employees. - defining and delivering a strategy to develop and enhance employee engagement. - developing innovative training solutions at all levels within the business, from entry level employees to structured Leadership development for Managerial and Board level. - managing the developing HR team.

Job Specification

The Candidate: This role would suit a highly intelligent, commercially aware and strategic HR professional. With at least 5 years experience, ideally a degree in Human Resources, you will have proven experience of working within a fast paced, and driven, blue-chip environment. The ability to work in a changing and developing business is essential as is the ability to hold a demanding position, reporting into a results focused Board.
